Refund policy

At Le Peach, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you have an issue with your item, simply follow the instructions below.

1.1 Refunds & Replacements:

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, the customer must first email us regarding their issue within 30 days of receiving the product. If customer contacts customer support regarding a refund/replacement, outside of the 30-day window, they will not be eligible for refund/replacement. Please note that the EMS gel pads and body masks will not be eligible for refund.

In the case of a refund, items will be required to be returned for inspection. The return address will be provided to the customer once they are found eligible. The customer's return expenses will not be reimbursed. On request of a return the customer is responsible for providing the shipping tracking number to verify the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

1.2 Incorrect Address / Lost and Stolen Items:

Le Peach is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at the time of order.

The customer is responsible for contacting the courier in the event of this case.

Upon inquiry, Le Peach will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Le Peach is not liable to issue a refund or replacement if the customer orders an item to an incorrect or non-existent address.

1.3 Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is received.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer support.
